What about safety?

The most important club rule is about safety:

You are responsible for your own safety during club activities!

Everyone participating in club activities does so at their own risk, and it is up to you to stay safe. The club cannot be held liable for any damages or consequences arising from joining in club activities. If you are going to join us regularly, we recommend that you buy your own lifejacket/buoyancy aid. These can usually be hired when hiring boats, however most regular sailors prefer to have their own. Experienced members are usually happy to give information about type, capacity, etc. of the models for sale.
