DESCRIPTION:Do you fancy a long weekend cruising on the Ijsselmeer with skipper Patrick?\nHere’s the plan: We gather on Thursday at 12:00 to make the trip by (shared) cars (250 km) to Lelystad to take the boat (Bavaria 41 – 6 to 7 participants at 15:00).\nIf the weather is okay\, we leave harbour still on the same evening to drop our anchor and have a nice and quiet meal on board.\nThe further program depends on weather and wind conditions. Possibility: from the Marina of Lelystad to Stavoren\, Medemblik\, Enkhuizen\, Volendam\, Monnickendam\, Muiden.\nOn Monday we return to Lelystad to deliver the boat (12.00 h) and drive back. \nApproximate costs: 330 € per person for the rent; cleaning\, diesel\, and other fees for the boat included\nFood and drinks are extra. I suggest we have 2 meals on board and eat out 2 times. \nSleeping possibilities: 3 double cabins\, possibly 1 in the saloon. DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]Do you remember we used to go sailing? Well we have been advised that it is legal to do so again in Belgium. \nI propose a small boat sail – open keel boats (3 to 4 persons per boat) in the Maas Plassen in Limburg on Sunday 4th July. www.sailcenterlimburg.com – they have a nice brochure with descriptions of small towns around the lakes. \nSubject to weather etc we propose to sail from Ophaven to Wessem\, stop for lunch in a restaurant\, and return. \nThis is an event for beginners or advanced sailors\, who are bisc members. \nThe event will  cost between €30-€40\, with lifejackets available at €3. We meet to share cars\, at Roodebeek metro car park (on the north side of  Ave Paul Hymans-opposite  the Woluwe shopping Centre) ready to  leave at 08:30 and depart in various cars for Ophaven. Make sure you’re on time! \nWe will sail all day and have a lunch break in Wessem. We start heading back to Brussels at around 18:00. Please bring warm and waterproof clothing in case of showers. Life jackets can be hired (€3). \nPlease contact me as soon as possible. The people there are very friendly\, but less relaxed than some places. Once we have reserved the boats they are ours and we must pay for them. So\, we need to reserve them before someone else does.  And please don’t say you’ll come if you mean you might come if the sun shines\, or if you don’t get a better offer. \nYou will need to be a paid member to take part.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”4996″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
